Coaching is a highly effective means of increasing performance, achieving goals, and enhancing growth. Coaching is used both in business and personal life. Vision and positive goals drive the coaching relationship. Collaborative accountability and measurable results energize those who work with a coach. As one Senior Executive put it, "this is one of the most effective things I have ever done." Another CEO stated, "There is no one else I can talk with quite like this." A senior vice president comment, "the president asked what happened to me. I am so much more effective".
Our clients have used coaching to help in these areas:
Our coaching clients tend to be professionals, senior executives, and business owners.
Some of the most successful coaching clients are physicians and entrepreneurs. Many clients travel extensively, both nationally and internationally.
Coaching is provided both face to face and by phone. Normally, coaching sessions are 30-45 minutes weekly or twice per month. Actually, each situation is unique. Coaching begins as the goals and targets are assessed. The sessions are not just chats but are very focused and results-oriented discussions in a warm, positive style.
This is a short term (5 session) series of coaching sessions designed to evaluate the candidates readiness and prepare for the fast paced highly focused executive leadership development coaching program. These confidential sessions are conducted by those trained in both coaching and clinical counseling.
