The stressors impacting teens varies widely, from finding their own place in this world to finding success relationally, academically, or otherwise. Gangs From Inside Out: One of the leading complaints of teachers contributing to low staff morale is the perception of working in an unsafe work environment. The persona and attitude often associated with youth involved in gangs can certainly contribute to this feeling. Understanding gangs should go beyond understanding signs and symbols of gang involvement.
