Crisis Incident Stress Management (CISM) Orientatiion: Understanding and using Critical Incident Stress Management is an important aspect of school or business crisis planning. CISM represents an integrated, comprehensive, multi-component crisis intervention program. Its comprehensive nature gives it flexibility to be applied to a wide range of settings and constituent groups. This crisis intervention system is useful in schools, businesses and industry, as well as in public safety and mass disaster applications.
