Course Description: Have you heard the rage about Professional Coaching? This workshop will not only answer your compelling questions, but will provide you with hands on introductory coach training. The major questions that will be addressed have to do with three themes: What is coaching? How is it different than other personal development methodologies? How can coaching enhance or transform the career of a licensed clinical counselor? Participants will:
About the Trainer: Douglas L. McKinley, Psy.D., RCC, is the Director of Corporate Coaching Services for the Institute for Life Coach Training. He is also a core faculty member of ILCT. ILCT is a coach training program for mental health professionals. Over 5 years ago Dr. McKinley expanded his work with therapy clients to include professional coaching. Since that time he now leads AFC a group therapy practice as well as McKinley Consulting Group, an executive coaching business. He is also a registered coach with the World Association of Business Coaching. He received his master's degree from Wright State University and his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology was earned at the Adler School of Professional Psychology.
Continuing Education Hours: This program is recognized as providing 6 CEU's for: LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW.

Participants can receive a $100 discount toward coach training upon completion of this workshop. Confirmations / Directions: Upon receipt of the registration form, we will mail or email a confirmation letter including location and directions. There will be no confirmations sent for registrations received one week or less prior to the workshop.
Refund Policy: Registrations cancelled before one week prior to the workshop will be refunded their cost minus a $25 administrative fee. Registration can be applied to another available training date, based on availability. There are no refunds within one week of the training.
