I strive to create a supportive, empathic, and nonjudgmental environment in therapy and have a strengths-based perspective in my work. I feel that developing a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential. My role is to assist clients on their journey of personal development while offering support and helping to develop healthy skills and strategies to cope with life stressors, improve their relationships and manage their emotions. I have over 20 years of practice in outpatient and hospital-based settings. I often work with individuals addressing issues such as OCD, social anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD), self-injury, eating disorders, and difficulties surrounding divorce.
