For what insurance companies are you an in-network provider?
We are in-network for:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
- Blue Choice PPO
- Illinois Health Partners HMO (IHP)
- Duly Medical Group (DMG)
- Edward Elmhurst Health (EEH)
Do you accept out-of-network insurance?
Yes. Call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be
if you see an out-of-network provider like APC. Often you will find
that your benefits are similar to the benefits for an in-network
provider. Because of our expertise in certain areas of counseling, we
have been approved as an in-network provider on a case-by-case basis.
Will you file my claim with my insurance company?
Yes. But, your insurance agreement is between you and your carrier. At
your first visit, you will provide us with your insurance information
and we will call your insurance company. Your Counselor will let you
know what your insurance company advised us.
