I passionately believe in the transformative power of embracing one's inner shine and strength. With warmth and empathy, I guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through a strengths-based approach, I help individuals recognize their unique talents, resilience, and capacity for growth. My therapeutic style is grounded in authenticity and compassion, creating a calm space for clients to explore challenges, recognize their inherent strengths, and move toward solutions. I work to help clients embrace their authenticity, shine brightly in their lives, and harness their inner strength to overcome obstacles.

I am the founder and director of a Harm Reduction Program registered with the state of Illinois as an OEND and DOPP since 2022. I bring hands-on experience building community-centered prevention and recovery supports, training peers and providers, and developing accessible, non-stigmatizing services. My work in harm reduction is fueled by a deep commitment to meeting people where they are and supporting safety, dignity, and choice across the continuum of substance use prevention and recovery.

My areas of specialization include trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, play and art activities, DBT, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict.

No matter if you are a child, an adult, or a teen, I recognize the spark in you and trust in your capacity to shine your light. I am here to help you cope with life's challenges and opportunities, finding peace and strength in every moment. From struggles to successes, from losses to new beginnings, I am here to meet you where you are in your journey.
